I was just wondering about putting my girl on creatine and glutamine...would this be ok and what doses would you all suggest?

OF COURSE THIS WOULD BE OK.
SHE SHOULD TAKE DOSAGES IN RELATION TO HER WEIGHT, JUST LIKE YOU OR I SHOULD. I WOULD HAVE HER LOAD THE CREATINE IF ITS JUST MONO, THEN SHE CAN MAINTAIN WITH ABOUT 10 GRAMS DAILY, PREFERABLY 5 GRAMS TWICE DAILY. THE GLUTAMINE SHE CAN TAKE AS MUCH AS SHE WANTS, I USUALLY DON'T GO OVER 40GRAMS DAILY BECAUSE IT GETS EXPENSIVE, AND CAN GIVE YOU GI DISTRESS SOMETIMES. MAYBE STARTR HER OFF LOW LIKE 5 GRAMS WTICE DAILY ON THE GLUTAMINE TO SEE IF SHE GETS GI ISSUES OR IF SHE CAN TOLERATE THEM. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM I HAVE EVER SEEN WITH WOMEN AND USE OF THE TWO ABOVE MENTIONED SUPPS, IS THAT OFTEN IF THEY AREN'T VERY HARDCORE (MEANING WILLING TO DEAL WITH IT HAPPENING SOMETIMES, AS IT WILL) THE STOMACH CRAMPS AND OCCASIONAL GI DISCOMFORT CAN IN TURN MAKE THEM CHOOSE TO CEASE USE OF THE SUPPLEMENT. ...OF COURSE, I HAVE SEEN ALOT OF PUSSIES WHO CALL THEMSELVES MEN, STOP USING IT FOR THOSE REASONS AS WELL...lol.

^^What he said~!! The only problem I ever have sometimes is it really tears my stomache up, but that usually depends on when I take it and what I have eaten before. But In my opinion it really is a must and a few of the best supps you can spend you $$ on.
